It's the 5th attempt to see the Grand Palace and we wonder what will come next. We're at the gate and walking... And hey we're in! At last we are inside. As we walk around the grounds are nice enough. They were very decorative, full of sculptures and other d้cor. We decide to take a look at the main temple where the Emerald Buddha was kept. We were expecting a huge Buddha, after all it is the much talked about Grand Palace. But no, the Emerald Buddha was quite small itself. It was decorated well as are most temples in Thailand but we weren't so impressed given the build up to arriving. The photies above you can see are of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the one below is of the Royal Palace.
